Got questions?
Q. Is everything on sale?
Yes. Everything is 50% off for the first 4 hours. The sale is on Ryderwear products only.
Q. When is 50% off everything on?
For the first 4 hours only: Tuesday 3 November 2026, 5am to 9am WA time.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
Big sales mean a lot of orders, so some orders may take up to 10 business days to dispatch. Choose "Express shipping and priority despatch" at checkout to move to the front of the queue.
Q. Can I return my Black Friday order?
Yes. Black Friday orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery, for store credit or an exchange. Outlet items can't be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns page.
Q. Will my cart or wishlist be cleared when the sale goes live?
Stock is limited and sells out fast, so items in your cart aren't reserved until payment is confirmed. Build a Wishlist now so you can check out quickly.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
Our warehouse moves fast, so once you hit Pay Now we can't cancel or change the order. You can still return it once it arrives.
Q. Am I able to use other discount codes or gift cards?
Discount codes won't work during the 50% off sale. You can still use 1 gift card per order.
