Here at Ryderwear HQ, we’re taking a calm but vigilant approach to the COVID-19 situation, and we’re encouraging our RW family to do the same. Take care of your own physical and mental health, as well as looking out for others who may be vulnerable.
Our teams are closely monitoring advice from the World Health Organisation, and will continue to review our approach as the situation evolves. The safety, health, and wellbeing of our community is our highest priority, and together we WILL get through this!

We are still accepting domestic and international orders for the majority of countries, so our Ryderwear community can continue training hard and keeping healthy.
The safety and wellbeing of our Ryderwear family is extremely important to us. To ensure that all packages are handled hygienically, our warehouse teams are handling all packages with gloves and utilising antibacterial products to keep the fulfilment environment clean.
Due to current worldwide events, some international deliveries may be subject to delays. While it’s important to remember the best things in life are worth waiting for, you can also rest assured we’re doing everything in our power to get your Ryderwear order into your hands as soon as possible. When making a purchase, we recommend choosing a home address for shipping, as workplaces may experience closures.
Ryderwear has needed to temporarily suspend shipping to countries with closed borders. To date, the countries that have been affected are: India, Mauritius, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.
We expect more countries to be affected as more borders are closed, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. We look forward to being able to ship to all of our Ryderwear family again soon and help them live their best life through fitness.
We understand that postal service delays are being experienced worldwide. If you need to return an item, we have extended our returns period to 60 days (with the exclusion of outlet items).
